FAQs
Custom Printing
What file formats can I upload for custom printing?
Standard image formats work well — just make sure your file meets the minimum 200 DPI requirement (300 DPI recommended) for the sharpest print. Files under 200 DPI risk looking blurry or pixelated once printed on fabric.
How long does a custom printing order take?
Timelines vary by order volume and how quickly you approve your mockup, since production only begins once you sign off on the design preview we send you.
Can I choose between DTG, DTF, and DTF Flex myself?
Yes — you can share a preference (soft feel or hard-on-top finish) in your order notes, and we'll match it to the best available technique. For technical method selection, we rely on our printing expertise to make sure your design turns out its best.
What happens if I don't like my mockup?
Reach out with your feedback before approving. We're glad to make reasonable adjustments to get it right before anything is printed.
Sizing & Fit
What sizes does Alvora Wear offer?
Alvora Wear offers unisex sizing from XS to 5XL across our tees, so you can find your fit without being limited to a narrow size range.
Shipping & Returns
Does Alvora Wear ship to the USA and Canada?
Yes — Alvora Wear ships to both the USA and Canada, with 90% of orders qualifying for duty-free delivery across the border.
Does Alvora Wear offer free shipping?
Alvora Wear regularly runs free shipping offers along with rewards and discounts for returning customers, with more perks added as the brand grows.
Can I return a custom printed item?
Custom, made-to-order items are non-returnable, since they're created specifically for your design and specifications. Standard (non-custom) items follow our regular returns policy.
Sustainability
How is Alvora Wear more sustainable than other clothing brands?
Alvora Wear uses print-on-demand (POD) production, meaning nothing is manufactured until an order is placed. This avoids the overproduction and unsold inventory waste common in traditional bulk clothing manufacturing.
