Custom Printing, Explained
Your design. Printed right. Shipped to your door.
A clear, step-by-step look at how we turn your uploaded artwork into a finished, custom-printed piece — from file upload to final stitch.
The Process
Choose your product
Browse our custom printing collection and pick your base garment — t-shirts, hoodies, and more, all ready for personalization.
Select size and color
Choose your size and color just like any other order. Since custom pieces are made specifically for you, it's worth double-checking our size chart before moving on.
Upload your design
Upload your artwork directly on the product page. Resolution is the single biggest factor in how sharp your final print looks — a screen forgives a low-res image, but fabric doesn't.
Risk of blur, softness, or visible pixelation once printed.
Crisp detail and clean lines — the range we recommend for every upload.
Tell us your finish preference (optional)
Different techniques create different textures. If you have a preference, add it to your order notes at checkout — otherwise, we'll choose what suits your design best.
Soft feel
Ink blends into the fabric for a lightweight, breathable touch — great for everyday comfort.
Hard on top
A bold, raised finish that sits visibly on the fabric — great for graphic, high-contrast designs.
Complete your payment
Check out just like a standard order. Your payment secures your place in our production queue and starts the custom order process.
We build your mockup
Our team turns your uploaded file into a digital mockup — a preview of exactly how your design will sit on the finished product — and email it straight to you.
You review and approve
Check the mockup for placement, sizing, and overall look. Once you approve, we move straight into production. If something's off, this is the moment to tell us — we're glad to adjust before printing begins.
We print using the best method for your design
No two designs are alike, so we match yours to the technique that gives it the strongest result.
DTG
Direct-to-Garment. Best for detailed, photo-realistic, or multi-color designs.
DTF
Direct-to-Film. Versatile, durable, and vibrant across a wide range of fabrics.
DTF Flex
A textured, raised finish for designs that benefit from extra dimension.
Shipped to your door
Once printing is complete, your order is carefully packaged and shipped, with tracking sent your way so you can follow it home.
Good to Know
Custom orders are non-returnable
Every custom printed item is made specifically for you — your design, your size, your color. Like most made-to-order pieces, it can't be resold once created. That's exactly why the mockup approval step matters: it's your chance to catch and correct anything before we print.
Frequently Asked Questions
What file formats can I upload?
Standard image formats work well — just make sure your file meets the minimum 200 DPI requirement (300 DPI recommended) for the sharpest print.
How long does the process take?
Timelines vary by order volume and how quickly you approve your mockup, since production only begins once you sign off.
Can I choose between DTG, DTF, and DTF Flex myself?
You're welcome to share a preference — soft feel or hard-on-top — in your order notes, and we'll match it to the best available technique. For technical method selection, we rely on our printing expertise to make sure your design turns out its best.
What happens if I don't like my mockup?
Reach out with your feedback before approving. We're glad to make reasonable adjustments to get it right before anything is printed.
Can I return a custom printed item?
Custom, made-to-order items are non-returnable, since they're created specifically for your design and specifications.
